Carla Boone Joins Bookkeeper Girl Staff!

May 28th, 2009

Bookkeeper Girl Inc. is proud to announce its new Senior Accountant, Carla Boone. Carla has been in the accounting field for over 20 years, having received a BBA in Admin. Management from the University of North Texas. In addition, Carla has been a licensed Realtor for over ten years. Prior to getting her real estate license, Carla owned her own bookkeeping company. She has experience working in CPA firms as well as working as a full-charge bookkeeper for small businesses.

Carla decided to pursue the real estate field when her children were young so she could have a flexible schedule to meet her family’s needs. Now that her boys are 16 and 18, she was ready to return to the world of bookkeeping to have a more stable income and schedule.

Carla greatly enjoys helping clients with their bookkeeping needs and actually enjoys getting a mess and cleaning it up…so if you’re a client with all of your receipts stuffed into a shoebox, Carla is here to help.

On a personal level, Carla enjoys traveling with her family and going to sporting events. Her biggest joy in life are her husband and her two sons.

Her favorite thing about working for Bookkeeper Girl Inc “is the atmosphere and business philosophy that owner Kim Pollard has started. She wants all the clients to have a personal bookkeeper that adds that extra professionalism to their business.”

Bookkeeper Girl Inc. is thrilled to have Carla Boone on board!
